We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Millwright (Industrial Mechanic). Join a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility in Woodstock, Ontario, where innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement are at the core of daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a highly automated environment, working within a clean, modern plant that invests heavily in preventative maintenance and cutting‑edge technology. You’ll be part of a collaborative maintenance team focused on equipment uptime, operational excellence, and safety. This role offers a balanced days / afternoons rotation with no continental shifts – perfect for individuals looking for stability while still being challenged technically.

Base pay range

CA$44.00 / hr - CA$46.00 / hr

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated production machinery, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Installing new or upgraded mechanical equipment and supporting commissioning activities
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Collaborating closely with production and engineering teams to diagnose root causes and implement sustainable solutions
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to maintenance optimization
• Ensuring all work adheres to health & safety standards and corporate compliance requirements
