About the Role

War Room is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing team to manage our expanding client base. You'll be leading team collaboration and acting as our client's strategic partner, delegating campaign management tasks and sharing data insights to help them make meaningful business decisions.

Please note that this is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in the office with the first 3 months of onboarding fully in the office. We are located at 210 W Broadway, Vancouver.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Management

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively addressing concerns, and ensuring an amazing overall client experience.
• Providing timely and accurate campaign results to clients, sharing insights, and recommending opportunities for growth
• Build strategies and plans to grow your key accounts / Account growth over time through revenue

The pay range for this role is :

78,000 - 87,000 CAD per year (Vancouver)
