We are looking for an individual who is as comfortable with a wrench as they are with a customer. If you can rebuild a mid‑drive motor in the morning and help a grandmother find her "fun factor" on an Electra cruiser in the afternoon, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do :

In the Stand (The Mechanic) :

Perform expert‑level diagnostics and repairs on high‑end e‑bikes (Bosch, Shimano, etc.).

Assemble and tune new inventory from Trek, BULLS, Vamoose, and Gocycle.

Provide specialized service for SkiByks and Fliteboard eFoils (we will provide training!).

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service department.

On the Floor (The Sales Guide) :

Greet everyone who walks through the door with the "WeLive" energy.

Use your technical knowledge to help customers choose the right gear for their lifestyle.

Master the "Try Before You Buy" rental funnel—turning riders into owners.

Stay up-to-date on the latest tech from Bontrager and our core bike brands.

Who You Are :

Mechanically Gifted : You have experience in a bike shop environment. If you’re a Certified Bosch Technician, you’re already at the front of the pack.

A People Person : You don't just "sell"; you connect. You enjoy sharing your passion for the outdoors with people aged 20 to 90.

Adaptable : You thrive in the fast‑paced, "multi‑sport" reality of an Alberta shop.

Local Advocate : You love the Red Deer trail system and want to see more people out on it.
