Note : Seeking Candidates who would be interested in Joining evening shift after completing their contract. Evening shift would be Mon-Fri - : PM $ / hr.

• The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform Downhole Electric Submersible Pump assembly and maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand
• The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
• ​Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities
• Work under the direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician to perform assigned higher-level maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems by accurately capturing all maintenance-related data.
• Comply with Client and respective division TLM standards and procedures.
• Maintain and build technical competency in line with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance maintenance operations and efficiency.
