The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and efficient Video Editor to join our remote production team. This is a crucial, full-time role for a professional based in Latin America who can quickly edit and deliver beautiful, client-ready video assets for digital advertising campaigns. You will be at the forefront of shaping our visual output, turning raw footage into polished, high-performing ads that resonate with target audiences. Key Responsibilities
- Rapid Video Editing : Quickly and efficiently edit raw User-Generated Content (UGC) and in-house Creator footage into engaging, client-ready video ads for various digital platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads).
- Performance-Driven Content : Understand the nuances of digital advertising to create videos optimized for engagement, click-through rates, and conversion.
- Visual Storytelling : Assemble footage, apply transitions, synchronize audio, and integrate graphics to craft compelling short-form video narratives.
- Post-Production Excellence : Perform color correction, audio mixing, and add text overlays, captions, and motion graphics to enhance visual appeal and clarity.
- Asset Management : Organize and manage video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and easy access for team members.
- Collaboration : Work closely with creative strategists, copywriters, and media buyers to ensure video assets align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Feedback Integration : Efficiently incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients, iterating quickly to finalize assets.
- Stay Current : Keep up-to-date with the latest video editing software, techniques, and trends in digital advertising and social media video formats.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for digital advertising or social media campaigns.Exceptional proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).Experience specifically with editing User-Generated Content (UGC) and in-house creator footage for advertising purposes.Strong understanding of digital ad platforms' video specifications and best practices.A keen eye for detail, strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual aesthetics.Ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.Nice to Have
