The Business Analyst (BA) may be responsible for enterprise-wide analytics on business performance, and may serve as an Account Manager to a customer requiring detailed analytics or digital content.

Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Embrace the business from start to finish : anticipate business requirements, develop processes, uncover opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teammates
• Work closely with customers from on-boarding to continuing relationship management
• Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to fellow teammates
• Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Monitor solutions and ensure timely completion of projects
