Your job

• Develop predictive models and segmentations to prioritize new customer acquisition and optimize profitable customer retention
• Design analytics solutions that support targeted campaigns, personalized recommendations, and cross-selling strategies
• Analyze customer behaviors, transactions, and product usage to identify growth levers
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate data into actionable and effective actions
• Track the performance of business initiatives using relevant and robust metrics
• Drive end-to-end data science projects to improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn
• Supporting data scientists and promoting analytical best practices
• Present analytical results clearly to stakeholders to support business decisions
• Ensure model compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance standards
