A patients family is seeking a caregiver for a female patient who has expressed a preference for a same-sex caregiver for personal care services. Patient is an elderly lady who suffers from mild dementia.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 4 days per week
• start at 8:30 am to 11:30 am
• total 12 hours per week.

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Location: Stouffville Road & Leslie Street

What we are looking for:

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Certified PSW or relevant experience

What you will be doing:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, and preparation
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

Salary Range:

• $20 per hour
