The Team Lead, Finance IMITS PQTO reports to the Manager / Director and is responsible The Team Lead is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the financial data and reports within the portfolio of projects designated for governance under the IMITS Project Quality and Transformation Office (PQTO) governance by Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), Providence Health Care (PHC), and Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA).
This role leads the development, implementation, evaluation and update of project financial tracking process and practices and monitors compliance of project analysts against applicable standards. This role is involved in preparation of financial reporting and provide support in the analysis of complex project financial matters and trends.
The Team Lead provides leadership and direction to PQTO project analysts and coordinates team members and other staff as needed to meet the requirements for project financial tracking and information integrity in order to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.
Develops and maintains effective working relationships within Corporate Finance Teams and other key stakeholders within VCH, PHC and PHSA. Directly supervises team members, provides guidance and direction as applicable, mentors staff, and assists the Manager / Director with the hiring, mentoring and scheduling of staff and other resources.

Job Type : Regular, Full-Time
Salary Range : $88,990 - $127,923 / year. The starting salary for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate's relevant education and experience, and would be in alignment with the provincial compensation reference plan. Salary will be prorated accordingly for part time roles.
