Intake Specialist

MacGillivray Injury and Insurance Law is a civil litigation boutique firm representing clients across Atlantic Canada and beyond. We currently have offices located in New Glasgow, NS; Halifax, NS; St. John's, NL; and Moncton, NB..

The Intake Specialist will work as part of our team responsible for doing in-depth client intake calls.

Qualifications :

• Post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent role-related education and experience
• 1-3 years relevant experience working in law or insurance (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of speed and accuracy
• Proficiency and aptitude for working with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Case Management software
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative and exercise sound judgement
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to be flexible, and adapt easily to change
• Experience working in the field of personal injury law is an asset
• Bilingual fluency in both English and French is an asset
