Position Summary

Answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling jobs, answering emails, data entry : accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Confidentiality and integrity
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Hours

Monday to Friday : M-Th 9 to 3 : 30 (1 / 2 hr unpaid lunch break), Friday 9 to 1
