Job description

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Représentant(e) en développement des affaires pour notre équipe de vente. Il s'agit d'un poste à quota mensuel qui comprend une compensation variable. La mission du rôle sera de déployer des stratégies de vente afin d'augmenter les revenus d'affaires de l'entreprise et d'identifier les clients potentiels afin de générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.

Novisto est une plateforme SaaS de gestion du développement durable qui aide les entreprises à simplifier la collecte de données, à évaluer leur performance et à communiquer plus efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Effectuer des démarches de prospection (courriels, appels, médias sociaux) centrées sur la génération de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
  • Faciliter et mener des réunions de découverte avec les entreprises intéressées afin d'identifier les opportunités à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Organiser des réunions d'introduction pour les Responsable du développement des affaires.
  • Comprendre les problèmes des clients et articuler clairement la valeur de la solution Novisto.
  • Entretenir les opportunités afin de maximiser les possibilités de conversion.
  • Atteindre et dépasser les quotas mensuels.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Formation universitaire, de préférence un diplôme en affaires, commerce ou marketing;
  • Expérience dans la vente directe (ou expérience solide dans le domaine du service à la clientèle);
  • Habilté de se garder motiver et de travailler vers l'atteinte des résultats;
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, notamment au téléphone et à l'écrit, ainsi qu'à l'écoute active;
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication en anglais et en français;
  • Une expérience dans le domaine de la gestion de la relation client est un atout;
  • Une expérience dans la vente de logiciels d'entreprise est un important atout.
  • Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais est requise
