Bilingual Summer Library Assistant

Purpose :

This position provides a wide range of circulation and reserves services in the Leslie Frost Library from a public service desk in person, by telephone and via library's on-line system.

Education : High school diploma

Experience :

Some experience providing customer services to the public is preferrable.

Skills :

Basic key boarding and excellent customer service skills.Ability to deal courteously and effectively with the public in both English and French.
