Junior Data Analyst
Support strategic data-driven initiatives in the insurance industry with a hybrid contract role based in Waterloo. Responsibilities :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering; or equivalent technical experience.Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or PowerBI.Foundational understanding of data transformation for BI reporting.Basic understanding of SQL for AdHoc reporting.Introductory knowledge of AI toolkits.Ability to support the development of systematic processes for implementing analytics insights :Design processes with defined roles and responsibilities.Identify tasks, system / data flows, and contingencies.Specify checks and balances.Establish tracking and closed-loop learning mechanisms.Assist in scalable implementation of such processes.Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.Help translate business problems into analytics tasks with guidance.Support development of conceptual prototypes and mock-ups of analytics solutions.Communicate analytics findings and solutions to business stakeholders.Present insights in a format easily understood by non-technical audiences.Why Recruit Action?
