Job description$32.00-$35.00 per hour (based on experience) Salary increases based on performance, per company policy Bonus per company policy Employment terms and conditions : Seasonal, Full-time (40 hours / week, hours may vary between 30-60 / week based on weather, including mornings, days, weekends; overtime required) Vacancies : 5 Anticipated Start Date : Spring 2026 (Actual start date is weather-dependent) Language : Basic English Experience : 3 years of relevant experience Work Site Environment : Outdoors, Dusty, Noisy Work Setting : Construction, Commercial, Residential Area of Specialization : Sidewalks and curbs, Driveways, Garage Floors, Patios, Retaining walls, Wheelchair ramps, Exposed aggregate and earthwork, Power cutting tools, Poured concrete Type of Materials : Hardners and epoxies, Colours and sealers, Lightweight concrete, Mastic flooring, Reinforcing membrane and protective covering Personal Suitability : Team player, Dependability, Flexibility, Accuracy, Safety-oriented Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities : Physically demanding, Handling heavy loads (up to 45 kg / 100 lbs), Attention to detail, Bending, crouching, and kneeling Own Tools / Equipment : Steel-toed safety boots Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials and direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade Operate power vibrators to compact concrete Level top surface concrete, impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures in fresh pour concrete Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces of concrete Waterproof, damp proof and, restore concrete surfaces Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures By Email : kimexconstruction@gmail.com
