Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Automotive Attendant - Drive-thru in North York, ON to work for our client Porsche, a world-class company in the automotive manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, facilitating vehicle intake, and assisting with various automotive services, creating a positive and efficient customer experience.

• Pay rate: $18.00/hour

• Location: Toronto, ON (401 and Victoria Park - North York)

• Shifts: Day Shift

• Job type: 1 year assignment with possibility of extension, full-time

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Ontario G Driver’s License (minimum 3 years) with clean driver’s abstract/CVOR

• Ability to operate vehicles with both, standard and automatic transmission is required

• Self-motivated team player, with ability to work with minimum supervision

• Continuous Improvement mindset and the ability to influence, negotiate and mediate effectively

• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills and ability to maintain high level of accuracy

• Time management skills, trustworthy, respectful, and able to demonstrate strong work ethics

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• Verifies receipt of client vehicles to the dealership service department, inspects and parks vehicles in the lot in an orderly manner

• Provides first class customer Service ensuring each client receives the appropriate ‘first impression’ of the company and its brand

• Receive and check in customer vehicles in a timely manner

• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify condition of vehicle in the presence of the client

• Assist with the preparation of vehicles for delivery and schedule Customer Shuttle pick up/drop off

• Responsible for security and storage of vehicle keys and ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debris

• Recording customer concerns and passing them on to the correct contact person

• Other duties as assigned
