Financial Analyst

THE ROLE :

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support a dynamic organization through a busy year-end period within their insurance-related operations. In this role, you will focus heavily on reporting, reconciliation, and collaboration with a seasoned finance team.

Key responsibilities include :

• Managing year-end activities
• Handling intercompany transactions and overall account reconciliations
• Preparing year-end journal entries
• Working closely and collaborating with the team during the year-end process
• Support reporting, with the potential to expand into budgeting and analysis

You are a proactive, self-motivated accounting professional who enjoys taking initiative and diving into the details. You work well in non-traditional finance environments where there is always something new to learn. You bring strong communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively with both colleagues and internal partners. You excel at managing full-cycle accounting, navigating complexity, and contributing to a team that values growth, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
