What are your contributions to the team?

Lead and develop a team of Quality Control agents , ensuring full compliance with the requirements of our Quality System and applicable regulations, while implementing mechanisms that guarantee product and process conformity in alignment with the company’s priorities.

Generate, manage, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to support our KPIs and SLAs, leveraging problem‑solving methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

Ensure your team operates efficiently and effectively , responding in a timely manner to all Quality‑related activities, building strong relationships with internal customers, and acting strategically within available resources.

Train, coach, and grow talent within your team , taking specific actions tailored to the development needs of each individual and strengthening overall team capability.

Create and promote a safe, healthy, and ethical work environment , ensuring behaviors aligned with our values and corporate culture.
