Full Stack Software Developer

We're seeking passionate Full Stack Software Developers to build and enhance software critical to our mission. Our team is a group of polyglots and technologists who believe in using the right tool for every challenge. You'll collaborate closely with research, trading, and development teams while working with cutting‑edge technologies.

What We're Looking For

Experience : 5+ years of relevant software development experience
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Technical Skills :

Strong understanding of software development principles (e.g., OO design, TDD)

Proficiency in at least one language : JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Angular, Python, C#, Ruby, Go

Experience with databases : Microsoft SQL, InfluxDB, PostgreSQL

Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Kubernetes, TeamCity, Ansible, Capistrano, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Redis, Docker

Development experience in Linux environments

Mindset :

Eagerness to learn new languages and technologies

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Self‑motivated, curious, and passionate about technology

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

What You'll Do

Design and implement high-impact projects and products for internal users

Build scalable, high-performance software using best practices

Collaborate with team members to solve complex design and coding challenges

Analyze business needs and user requirements to develop new features

Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools for integration
