Class 1 Driver – Grapple Truck Operator

Tasks

• Transport various types of metals while adhering to safety standards and road regulations.
• Travel regional routes, including but not limited to Amos, Val-d’Or, La Sarre, and Rouyn-Noranda.
• Inspect the vehicle before, during, and after each trip to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow internal safety policies and all regulations for transportation.
• Make deliveries and replace containers at client sites as needed.
• Frequently get in and out of the truck for loading and unloading operations.
• Assist with the handling of materials at some mining sites, including wood, waste, and metals.
• Complete mandatory training to work safely on mining sites.
• Drive different types of trucks, including the tractor with grapple trailer and the 12-wheel roll-off truck with trailer.
• Perform any other duties related to the position.
