Job Summary
The Recruiter will serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner , supporting full-cycle recruitment for Canadian Business Banking. In this strategic role, you will provide consultative guidance, develop sourcing strategies, and leverage your expertise to attract top talent. The position emphasizes proactive recruiting , market insights, and building strong relationships with HR and business leaders, all while operating remotely within PST hours. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Talent Acquisition Partner for the Canadian Business Banking portfolio, providing strategic guidance and market insights.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and develop innovative talent strategies to target active and passive candidates.
- Advise business leaders on market gaps, sourcing strategies, and process improvements.
- Execute and monitor recruitment strategies while providing consultative insight to hiring managers.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and HR to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance sourcing strategies and drive decisions.
- Deliver a high-quality Hiring Manager and Candidate Experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Promote the employer brand through networking and relationship-building.
Required Experience
– years of recruitment experience (flexible).Proactive recruiting background in both large corporate and agency environments.Basic Excel skills (pivot tables, totaling columns, etc.).Nice-to-Have Experience
Advanced Excel capabilities (Power Suite).Workday (HRIS / ATS) experience.Recruitment experience for commercial or business banking roles.Experience partnering with VP-level and executive stakeholders.Required Skills
