Do such questions intrigue you? Client Overview : The Coalition Studio is a Microsoft first-party development studio located in Vancouver, Canada. As the official home of the Gears of War franchise, their objective is to push the limits of Microsoft's entertainment platforms and devices. Role Summary : As a Producer, you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with other Producers and discipline leads to drive milestones, and creating a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Sprint planning, execution, dependency management, and evaluation of priorities Communicating goals to the team and motivating them to execute on time and at a high-quality level Proactive risk management and mitigation Creating, updating, and presenting status and information to the leadership team Identifying task-related processes to improve efficiency Managing inter-team dependencies Providing regular capacity plan updates Focusing on project development with an emphasis on team empowerment Supporting Agile development in the team MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of production experience on console products Strong communication and presentation skills Extensive knowledge of production tools such as JIRA and Confluence Preferred Skills and Qualifications : Familiarity with Agile methodologies Experience managing cross-functional teams through different game phases (Pre-Production, Production, Finaling) Exciting Opportunity : This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a talented team and deliver impactful gaming experiences while pushing the boundaries of Microsoft's entertainment platforms.
