Wage : $28.85~$32.00 / hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties :

• Establish and direct food preparation and cooking activities of the restaurant
• Prepare and cook food on a regular basis
• Develop menus and ensure food quality standards are met
• Make arrangements for the purchase and maintenance of equipment
• Determine food quantity needs and assess food and labour expenses
• Recruit and hire staff
• Supervise activities of kitchen staff
