Banquet Servers (Seasonal, Full-Time) Vacancy: Six (6) Full-time Vacant Positions

We are looking for motivated individuals available full-time from April 2026 through November 2026.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Serving hors d’oeuvres, beverages, and meals with professionalism and flair
• Setting up beautiful dining spaces (tables, cutlery, condiments, bread baskets—you name it!)
• Greeting guests with a smile and delivering warm, attentive service
• Keeping dining and service areas clean, safe, and event-ready
• Working closely with fellow servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and banquet leadership
• Handling guest concerns calmly and professionally
• Pitching in wherever needed to help events run smoothly
• Blackout dates: Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Canada day, and Hole-in-one (late October)

What We’re Looking for:

• Completion of High School (Grade 12) & Post-Secondary in Hospitality preferred
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant or banquet service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of wine service is an asset
• Experience with P.O.S. systems (JONAS) is an asset
• Smart Serve Certificate (required)
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Well-groomed, mannerly, and guest-focused

Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is $17.80 - $19.30 per hour. Additionally, this position qualifies for an end-of-season bonus of $0.50 per hour. Placement within the range will be based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations.
