Are you passionate about operations, data, and making a real impact? Join a purpose-driven, certified B Corp with facilities in Coquitlam and Pitt Meadows, where sustainability, community health, and environmental stewardship are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to support our dynamic scheduling and manufacturing teams across four facilities. • Analyze & Optimize – Use tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL to analyze batch sizes, machine capabilities, and inventory to maximize throughput and minimize changeovers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, supply chain and product launch teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Step In When Needed – Act as a backup scheduler when required, learning on the job and contributing to scheduling excellence.

You Have:

  • 2–5 years in manufacturing, ideally in food or CPG
  • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, inventory control, and production planning
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL
  • Knowledge of bills of materials, economic batch sizing, and scheduling logic
  • Collaborative mindset with a flexible, growth-oriented attitude

What’s In It For You

  • This is more than just a job—it’s a gateway to a career in operations leadership. You’ll gain exposure to every function in the supply chain and play a key role in driving operational excellence. If you’re driven, curious, and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you.
  • Work with a certified B Corp committed to people and the planet
  • Career growth opportunities across operations, supply chain, planning and throughout the company
  • Be part of a team that directly impacts the success of the entire organization
  • A collaborative, supportive environment where your ideas matter

You get:

Great healthcare benefits (including health and personal spending accounts)

  • Vacation and wellness days
  • Employee appreciation events
  • $200 per year to spend on company products
  • Employee discount pricing on company products
  • Employee assistance program
  • RRSP contributions
  • Optional access to your pay as soon as you earn it (at no additional cost or fees)
