As a Process Technician - Aeronautical Parts Cleaner , you will perform chemical and mechanical cleaning of parts and other metal products by hand, solvent bath or other processes to remove unwanted materials.

What you’ll do :

• Learn and operate various cleaning methods, including hand cleaning with industrial solvents, chemical cleaning, grit blasting, and mechanical cleaning processes.
• Prepare and masks surfaces prior to cleaning
• Prepare parts for non-destructive testing
• Clean and maintain cleaning tanks and equipment, monitors chemicals through titration checks
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes
• Cross trains in other complementary skills to support production requirements
• Observe all applicable safety requirements
