Advisor, Internal Sales

We are looking for an Inside Sales Advisor. Your responsibilities will be :

• To process all orders received electronically by phone or by fax;
• Make sure to place the special orders for missing items;
• Follow up on customers orders as well as their backorders (B.O.);
• Advise customers on required parts by using technical schemas;
• Provide cost estimation based on the technical data provided by clients;
• Support on the road sales representatives;
• Keep his / her technical knowledge up-to-date at all times.
