L'équipe Fusion Machine Learning est une équipe multidisciplinaire composée d'ingénieurs et de chercheurs qui développent des solutions d'IA / ML pour résoudre certains des plus grands problèmes liés à la conception 3D, à la fabrication et à l'ingénierie mécanique. Nous recherchons un

développeur IA senior

expérimenté et passionné par l'utilisation des pratiques LLMOps et AgentOps pour créer et faire évoluer des applications IA intégrant des architectures LLM / VLM et basées sur des agents.Vous collaborerez avec des chercheurs et des ingénieurs afin d'améliorer en permanence les pipelines de données, de formation et de publication en automatisant les référentiels pour garantir la qualité et l'interopérabilité avec les systèmes de déploiement, et en mettant à niveau le code prototype pour qu'il fonctionne sur une grande infrastructure de formation ML basée sur le cloud.Vous rendrez compte au responsable Fusion Platform ML et jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la stratégie Autodesk en matière d'IA.L'équipe est hybride et à distance, répartie entre le Canada et les États-Unis.

Responsabilités

Développement d'applications d'IA

: développer et améliorer des applications d'IA à l'aide de modèles pré-entraînés ou existants (LLM, VLM, modèles CAO 3D) et assurer l'intégration transparente des composants d'IA dans des systèmes logiciels plus vastes

Intégration de systèmes de bout en bout

: créer et intégrer des systèmes et des applications de bout en bout, en mettant l'accent sur la conception du système, l'expérience utilisateur et la logique applicative

LLMOps et AgentOps

: mettre en œuvre et optimiser les pratiques LLMOps et AgentOps

Automatisation et efficacité opérationnelle

: identifier les opportunités de rationalisation des processus, d'automatisation des flux de travail et d'amélioration de la vitesse de recherche et développement

Meilleures pratiques et gouvernance

: promouvoir et établir les meilleures pratiques en matière de qualité du code, de maintenance de l'infrastructure, de gouvernance des modèles, de sécurité et de conformité

Conception et collaboration

: participer aux discussions de conception avec les architectes logiciels et les chercheurs, en assurant une transition fluide entre la recherche et la production. Collaborer avec diverses équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment les chefs de produit et les concepteurs UX

Qualifications minimales requises

Diplôme en science des données, informatique, statistiques ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente

Maîtrise de Python et d'au moins un autre langage de programmation couramment utilisé (par exemple, C++, Java, JavaScript, etc.)

3 à 5 ans d'expérience en MLOps / DevOps dans un environnement de production

Expérience des meilleures pratiques du secteur en matière de développement et de maintenance de bases de code complexes

Esprit d'initiative pour trouver des solutions et résoudre des problèmes de manière autonome

Capacité à s'adapter à des exigences changeantes et à travailler dans des domaines ambigus

Capacité à décomposer des problèmes complexes en éléments plus petits et à fournir des solutions claires

Qualifications souhaitées

Plus de 8 ans d'expérience dans le développement de logiciels

Cadres et outils basés sur des agents : connaissance des cadres avancés tels que LangFlow, LlamaIndex, LangGraph et des cadres basés sur des agents. Expérience dans l'évaluation de pipelines basés sur des agents / LLM / multi-composants

Cadres d'observabilité : expérience avec des cadres d'observabilité tels que Arize, Comet, Phoenix, Langfuse, MLflow, RAGAS, Dynatrace, etc.

Position Overview

Senior AI Developer

who is experienced and passionate about leveraging LLMOps and AgentOps practices to build and scale AI applications integrating LLMs / VLMs and agent-based architectures. The Fusion Machine Learning team is a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and researchers developing AI / ML solutions to some of the biggest problems in 3D design, manufacturing, and mechanical engineering. We are seeking a You will report to the Fusion Platform ML manager and play a critical role in the Autodesk AI strategy.

Responsibilities

End-to-End System Integration

: Build and integrate end-to-end systems and applications, focusing on system design, user experience, and application logic

Minimum Qualifications

Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Proficient in Python and at least one other widely used programming language (e.g., C++, Java, JavaScript, etc.)

3-5 years of experience in MLOps / DevOps in a production environment

Experience with industry best practices for developing and maintaining complex codebases

Self-starter with the initiative to find solutions and solve problems independently

Comfortable adapting to changing requirements and working in ambiguous areas

Ability to break down large problems into smaller components and provide clear solutions

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software development

Agent-Based Frameworks and Tools : Familiarity with advanced frameworks such as LangFlow, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, and agent-based frameworks. Experience with agent / LLM / multi-component pipeline evaluations

Observability Frameworks : Experience with observability frameworks like Arize, Comet, Phoenix, Langfuse, MLflow, RAGAS, Dynatrace etc.

Retrieval-Augmented Generation : Experience leveraging retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques

Context Engineering : Experience with context engineering for enhancing AI model performance

Experience building reliable and scalable inference APIs (e.g., Flask, FastAPI)

Proficiency with CI / CD pipelines for machine learning projects

Expertise in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for orchestrating and scaling machine learning applications
