Our Wealth Management Technology Team is dedicated to addressing the unique challenges faced by some of the world’s most prestigious financial institutions. We specialize in delivering innovative solutions for portfolio optimization, seamless platform integration, and scaling capabilities that empower advisors and clients alike. Our recent advancements have redefined client engagement and operational efficiency, driving transformative outcomes in the wealth management sector.

We are looking for a Wealth Management Architect with a strong background in Wealth Management to build and scale a comprehensive technical practice. You will lead the design and implementation of our core review processes, automation roadmap, and checklist management that ensure consistent, high-quality platform assessments and delivery across projects. The Practice Leader will oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and engagement processes to streamline technical reviews and create value across the organization.

We are looking for a leader who can :

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable wealth management platforms using Java, Python, and cloud-native technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Architect microservices-based solutions for portfolio analytics, client onboarding, and trading systems.
• Integrate FinTech APIs (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Plaid) and third-party custodial / payment systems.
• Ensure low-latency data processing for real-time risk assessment and rebalancing algorithms.
• Lead code reviews, system optimizations, and adoption of best practices (TDD, CI / CD, DevOps).
• Mentor engineering teams in Java / Python frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, Pandas) and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Collaborate with quant analysts and data scientists to deploy AI / ML models for personalized financial advice.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (blockchain for asset tokenization, NLP for client chatbots, robo-advisory tools).
• Optimize data pipelines for client reporting, performance analytics, and regulatory disclosures.
• Enhance security frameworks (OAuth, encryption, Zero Trust) to protect sensitive financial data.
