• Willing and able to maintain valid occupational licenses and certifications required for the position being staffed. • Candidates who qualify based on a valid Technical Qualification Level (QL) 5 (minimum) in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) as an electrician may be required to obtain and maintain a valid provincial or territorial journeyperson certificate of qualification as an electrician at the time of appointment. • Candidates who qualify based on a valid Technical Qualification Level (QL) DP3B or QL6B in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) as an electrical line worker/power line worker may be required to obtain and maintain a valid provincial or territorial journeyperson certificate of qualification as an electrical line worker/power line worker at the time of appointment. Operational Requirements

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS • Willing and able to work overtime and an on-call schedule.
• Willing and able to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Willing and able to travel.
• Willing and able to obtain and maintain a DND 404 driver's license.
• Possession of a valid provincial or territorial driver's license. Operational requirements may differ by position and could become conditions of employment. Additional requirements may also apply.
