Overview

Were NWSG.ca in business for over 10 years, and now were ready to scale.

Were looking for a proven Integrator-style leader to run day-to-day operations and grow our team from 2535 employees to 50+ in the next 2 years.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations and own operational performance.
Align people, drive execution, and deliver results.
Own operations and have authority to execute strategic plans and initiatives.
Play a key role in scaling the company

Qualifications

Proven Integrator-style leader with a track record of rising to the top and building winning teams.

Ability to scale operations and manage growth from 25-35 employees to 50+ in 2 years.

Strong leadership, accountability, and stakeholder-management skills.
