Yourfuture role on our team
You’ll report to the Product Manager, IT Corporate Solutions and play an active role in developing our platforms and in the day-to-day activities of supporting, analyzing, configuring and maintaining proper system operation.
You’ll work closely with various internal stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Project Management, Human Resources), your team members and other areas of IT (development, BI, infrastructure and service centre).
You’ll also support certain operational and technical activities from time to time by filling in for the System Administrator.

- Be involved in developing the new enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform (Maconomy)
- Advise business teams on defining their needs and guide them in choosing appropriate solutions by identifying alternatives, making recommendations and producing a rollout plan
- Provide business teams with functional support in their daily operations and suggest ideas for improvement
- Configure applications to meet business needs and processes
- Process tickets for projects, change requests and bugs
- Ensure that standard practices and procedures are applied when configuring solutions
- Establish and perform unit tests as well as integration and acceptance plans and coordinate their execution with super users.

Bachelor’s degree in IT management or another relevant fieldAt least five years of experience as a business analystAt least three years of relevant experience with an ERPExperience as a system administratorAdvanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and / or clients located in English-speaking Canadian provinces and abroad.you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
