Our client located in downtown Toronto is currently looking for an Account Manager to add to their growing team. HYBRID WORK OPPORTUNITY What's in it for you : Work from home and work in the office 2 days per month Work for a leader in its industry Competitive compensation package Fun and rewarding environment Working hours : Monday to Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm In this role, you will be responsible for : Develop and manage relationships with existing and new clientsPrepare quotes and proposalsFollow up with clients to ensure complete satisfactionParticipate in tradeshows and online demosMeet with prospective and existing clientsMonitor the market and provide new ideasAny other duties as required The ideal candidate will have : Excellent communication skillsA minimum of 3 years of account management experiencePrevious experience managing large accountsTechnical, hospitality, retail, hotel management experience is an assetSuperior organizational skills and multi-tasking abilitiesPrevious technical implementation experience (retail, point of sale, software, transaction) preferred
