Job descriptionAssist customers with the rental process, including check-in, vehicle assignment, and rental return. Prepare rental vehicles for drivers, including fueling, cleaning, installing telematics and license plates, and conducting vehicle inspections. Manage and organize vehicle compliance documents. Organize the vehicle lot and coordinate vehicle transportation. Complete daily rental operations tasks. Report vehicle issues, program challenges, and bugs to the designated point of contact. Maintain the company’s service standards when interacting with drivers. Communicate effectively with on-site staff and remote support teams. Provide clear, concise updates and maintain accurate documentation. 1+ year of experience in an in-person customer service role (e.g., retail, technical support, hospitality) Valid, unrestricted driver's license; satisfactory driving record; and insurable under the company’s policy Familiarity with the local market area Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve problems effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to maintain patience, de-escalate situations, and work effectively in a team Ability to follow instructions and work independently Ability to handle prolonged standing and walking Pre-tax commuter benefits Employer (HireArt) subsidized Healthcare Benefits Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costs HireArt covers all costs for short- and long-term disability and life insurance 401k package
Job description
HireArt is helping our client find an Operations Support Associate to join its designated market team.
In this role, you’ll provide on-site operational support at the assigned facility, ensuring efficient customer service and vehicle readiness.
The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and comfortable delivering hands-on support in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule :
- 7 hours per day, 4 days per week, with a 30-minute unpaid break per shift
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday : 8 : 30 AM-4 : 00 PM
- Wednesday : Off

Commitment : This is a full-time, 6-week contract position (with the possibility of extension) staffed via HireArt. This role is onsite and available to candidates local to the Charlotte, N.C. area.
