Job descriptionTerms of employment : Full-time, Permanent Wage : $28.85~$31.85 / hour (depending on experience) Number of Positions : 1 Extended health benefit Manage financial records by setting up, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, prepare trial balances, and maintain general ledgers, leading to the preparation of financial statements. Calculate and issue cheques for payroll, utilities, taxes, and other expenses. Complete and file tax remittance forms, workers’ compensation forms, pension contribution forms, and other trial balance of books. Prepare tax returns and offer additional personal bookkeeping services. Prepare various statistical, financial, and accounting reports. Experience : 2~3 years of related experience as a financial or accounting clerk are required.
