Hello! I’m a mother of three wonderful kids—an almost 9-year-old boy and 3.5-year-old twin girls—looking for a kind, reliable, and experienced nanny or mother’s helper to support our family in a long-term role. I’m in a transition period and seeking someone who can bring calm, consistency, and care to our home a few days a week. 📍 Location: Qualicum Beach, BC (rural property—driver’s license an asset) 🗓️ Schedule: • 3–4 days per week • ~3–5 hours per day (some flexibility depending on your availability) • Opportunity for occasional overnights or weekend care with advance notice 💛 What We’re Looking For: • Warm, patient, emotionally attuned caregiver • Comfortable caring for multiple children with different energy levels • Experience with young children (especially toddlers) and school-age kids • Willingness to engage with the children creatively, outdoors, and with presence • Someone dependable and grounded who can become a trusted part of our family rhythm • Bonus if you enjoy nature, imaginative play, and understand gentle/respectful parenting 🧺 Light Duties May Include: • Meal/snack prep • Tidying up after the kids • Helping with morning or bedtime routines if overnight care is needed 💵 Compensation: • Competitive hourly wage, based on experience • Paid trial shift(s) to ensure it’s a good fit for both of us 🚗 Other: • Must have references and be willing to complete a background check • CPR/First Aid training is a bonus • Must be legally able to work in Canada ⸻ If this sounds like a fit for you—or someone you know—please reach out and tell me a bit about yourself, your experience, and your availability.
