Position Summary The Food & Beverage Supervisor is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staff training, light administration, and active floor management throughout service. What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard: Regularly monitor and ensure service standards are being met Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, team members, and management Create a culture that revolves around exceptional guest experience and enjoyment of high-quality food and beverages Support staff day to day, building positive moral while providing coaching and feedback Supports leadership by ensuring standard operating procedures are followed, and communicate any performance management to the Restaurant Manager Demonstrate high personal integrity, business ethics, and takes every opportunity to promote Eldorado Resort, restaurants, events, and activities Communicates the vision and promotions to all team members during daily stand-ups prior to each service Provide general administrative support for the restaurant Use conflict resolution and problem-solving skills when dealing with guest complaints Assist with the tracking of sales, invoicing, and managing inventory Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity, and revenue maximization through reservation management Additional duties as assigned or required What are we looking for? To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate the following: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a high volume, fast-paced hospitality environment Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business or Hospitality an asset Experience with Squirrel and OpenTable considered an asset WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate or comparable considered an asset Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates extreme organization in a fast-paced environment while acting as a team player Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large and variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Valid Serving It Right certification Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Perks Employee discounts on accommodations, dining and marina at our sister properties (Hotel Eldorado, Manteo Resort, Eldorado Marina, Hampton Inn & Suites Kelowna Airport, Four Points Kelowna, Home2Suites) An excellent work environment, with a focus on staff recognition and teambuilding Room for growth and development Don't miss this exciting opportunity to join our Eldorado Resort family!
