Physiotherapist Contractor - Urgent Hiring

Broadway Active Health is urgently seeking an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team as an independent contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped clinic setting treating a diverse range of patients. The right physiotherapist will be booked from day one, as we have a busy clinic and our current physiotherapist is over-booked. This is a turnkey position where we provide all reception, billing, equipment and supplies, as well as electronic charting through Jane App.

Special Offer: We are offering a competitive split of 55% to the therapist. However, if you sign by June 15th, you will receive a 58% split. This offer is limited to the first two physiotherapists who accept and will expire after June 15th.

Responsibilities

- Assess and treat patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and other conditions

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education

- Administer advanced treatment techniques such as shockwave therapy, ultrasound, dry needling/IMS, taping, etc.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Jane App for charting

- Work collaboratively with other health professionals to provide integrated patient care

Qualifications

- Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC

- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates considered)

- Experience with advanced modalities like shockwave, dry needling/IMS an asset

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Commitment to continuing professional development

Working Arrangements

- Flexible schedule, minimum 3 days per week

- Competitive percentage split of billings (55% standard, 58% if signing by June 15th)
