Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Mainframe Developer Lead with strong expertise in mainframe development, modernization, and solution architecture. This role involves leading technical design, guiding development efforts, and delivering high‑quality solutions within aplex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep subject-matter knowledge, excellent problem‑solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, development, and support of mainframe applications.
• Work extensively with mainframe technologies including MVS, TSO, COBOL, JCL, and related utilities.
• Develop and optimize applications using DB2, IMS DB / DC, and other mainframe databases.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to development teams.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Identify issues proactively andmunicate insights, risks, and rmendations in a timely manner.
• Support modernization initiatives and propose enhancements that improve productivity and system effectiveness.
• Promote a positive team culture focused on service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
