• This position is for a Mobile Building Operator in the GTA West Ontario

About the role

As a Mobile Building Operator within our REMS Team youll play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality customer service to our clients. You are organized and manage daily operations including water treatment testing HVAC system monitoring equipment logs lighting plumbing and building automation systems. You respond quickly to occupant requests and are always responsive. You may also be working on capital improvement projects and continuing to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise to help us lead our industry into the future.

You build positive working relationships not only with tenants but also with your team members sharing your expertise and collaborating as a group.

You work with minimal supervision and bring your technical expertise to a high-performing team.

You are comfortable working with technology and look for innovative ways to improve processes.

What youll bring

Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

BES 1&2 Certification

Valid Ontario drivers license.

Government security clearance may be required.

Ability to multitask and be responsive to time-sensitive tasks.

Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours.

Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
