Clothing Representative provides our customers with top quality customer service which includes effectively handling customer inquiries, disputes and order processing.   Responsibilities :

• Sell merchandise to customers over the counter, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
• Provide technical support on product selection and application.
• Maintain and create merchandise displays.
• Maintain inventory controls.
• Provide customer feedback to management in a timely fashion.
• Assist with processing orders, packing boxes, preparing for shipment of delivery.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and workstations neat.
• Backup support for Parts counter
• Online marketing   Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• Salesperson / clothing experience an asset.
• Knowledge of powersport product is an asset.
• Ability to do light to moderate lifting
• Must exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and be flexible.
• Possesses strong relationship building skills to cultivate and develop customer loyalty.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
• Practice excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Must demonstrate honesty and integrity.
• Willingness to gain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
• Willingness to go the extra mile.
