Clothing Representative provides our customers with top quality customer service which includes effectively handling customer inquiries, disputes and order processing. Responsibilities: * Sell merchandise to customers over the counter, ensuring a positive experience for every customer. * Provide technical support on product selection and application. * Maintain and create merchandise displays. * Maintain inventory controls. * Provide customer feedback to management in a timely fashion. * Assist with processing orders, packing boxes, preparing for shipment of delivery. * Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and workstations neat. * Backup support for Parts counter * Online marketing Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: * Minimum Grade 12 education. * Salesperson / clothing experience an asset. * Knowledge of powersport product is an asset. * Ability to do light to moderate lifting * Must exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills. * Ability to prioritize work and be flexible. * Possesses strong relationship building skills to cultivate and develop customer loyalty. * Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills. * Practice excellent spoken and written communication skills. * Must demonstrate honesty and integrity. * Willingness to gain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications. * Willingness to go the extra mile. * Being bilingual is a definite asset This is an overview of responsibilities in this position, and not a complete list, current or future duties may be adjusted.
