As our Corporate Controller, you’ll play a key role in maintaining reliable financial reporting and ensuring the integrity of our accounting practices. You’ll work closely with a team of skilled CPAs, leading the month-end process and partnering with internal teams to deliver accurate insights that fuel strategic decisions.

As a Corporate Controller, you will

• Plan, organize, oversee, and optimize the accounting of day-to-day operations.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information produced by the accounting team.
• Prepare consolidations in a multi-currency environment, and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate external audits, ensure compliance with internal controls and support ad hoc analyses and financial reporting for leadership teams.
• Optimize cash balances and short-term investments based on projected liquidity needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address financial information needs and act as a trusted business partner.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

• CPA designation with at least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proven ability to lead financial reporting cycles and coordinate audits.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and French to collaborate with our international teams.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.

This role requires you to be in the office full-time, whether it be at our Quebec, Montreal, Weert, or London locations. Our modern infrastructures are designed to enhance cross-team collaboration and promote overall well-being.

Hybrid
Our offices in Quebec City, Montreal, London and Weert are designed to foster collaboration and your well-being. We gather there on our pillar days two times a week to strengthen in-person interactions and encourage creativity, all while providing you with the flexibility of a hybrid environment.

Remote
