Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer with 10+ years of IT experience, including extensive hands-on expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance business productivity. The role requires strong technical skills, solution architecture capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and experience delivering automation programs in complex enterprise environments.

-10+ years of overall IT experience.
-5+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.

-UiPath Orchestrator
-RE Framework
-Document Understanding
-AI Center
-Action Center
-OCR Technologies
-Task Mining and Process Mining
Experience with:
-C#, VB.NET, or .NET Framework
-SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL
-REST APIs and Web Services
-JSON, XML, and data transformation
-Source control tools (Git, Azure DevOps) -CI/CD implementation for RPA solutions -Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is preferred.
Functional Skills:
-Business process analysis and process re-engineering.
-Process assessment and automation feasibility studies.
-Estimation, planning, and resource coordination.
-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
-Experience working in Agile/ Scrum environment
