Machine Operator – Nights

We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our night shift team. This role involves setting up and operating CNC and/or manual machines, reading technical drawings, and ensuring production runs smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality work.

Location: Concord, ON (Langstaff & Jane)
Shift: Night Shift – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $19.75/hour

Key Responsibilities:
– Set up and calibrate equipment and accessories as required
– Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions
– Operate machines efficiently and maintain product quality
– Perform first-off part inspections and adjust machine settings if needed
– Identify and report non-conforming materials or parts
– Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity

Qualifications:
– Experience with CNC and/or manual machining preferred
– Ability to read and understand technical drawings and use measuring tools
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Capable of working independently on the night shift
– Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and procedures
