About you
The Supervisor, Property Accounting is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions for a portfolio ofmercial real estate properties while providing leadership, guidance, and performance management to a team of property accountants. This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, budgeting, CAM and tax recoveries, cash management, and month-end and year-end accounting processes. The incumbent works closely with Asset Managers, Property Managers, investors, and senior leadership to support operational and strategic business objectives, while maintaining strong financial controls and ensuringpliance with accounting standards andpany policies.You as a Supervisor, Property Accounting will:
