Description
ATCO Frontec is seeking a Red Seal Journeyman HVAC/R Technician to join our ATCO Facility Solution team in Calgary AB.
The Journeyman HVAC Technician is responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance inspections modifications installation and dismantling of systems. Work may also include projects within the trade to install maintain repair and overhaul central air conditioning systems commercial and industrial refrigeration systems and combined heating ventilation and cooling systems.
The successful candidate must be willing to work after hours and weekends as required. Uniforms PPE are supplied.
The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel to True North locations including but not limited to Eureka Nunavut. Deployment may be required for continuous stretches of up to 4 weeks. Logistics accommodation and meals will be provided by ATCO for remote assignments.
Wage: $60/hour

Must be able to pass an extensive background check and obtain Government Security Clearance.
This position has been identified as safety sensitive and will require completion of a pre-employment alcohol & drug test fit to work medical test background check and security clearance.
