Client Service Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Client Service Associate who will serve as a key liaison between GG Media and our valued clients. This role requires a proactive professional with outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are not only metbut exceededat every stage of the process.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients through attentive and professional communication.

Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to coordinate deliverables and meet deadlines.

Address client inquiries resolve concerns and provide timely updates on ongoing projects.

Assist in the preparation of client reports presentations and service documentation.

Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business efficiency.

Uphold GG Medias reputation for excellence in client experience and service integrity.

Qualifications : Qualifications
