Job descriptionWashing customer's vehicles after servicing Delivering vehicles to other dealerships and picking up parts, keys, other vehicles after wheel repairs. Provide superior customer service as a representative of Destination Auto Group ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded. Greeting customers both indoor and outdoor upon arrival Perform vehicle video walk-around, inspection and assessment. Gather vehicle, tire, current kilometers, vin #'s and information required as needed when asked upon. Preparing vehicles to be in queue to go into the shop. Confirm basic vehicle information with customers. Other tasks as may be assigned by the service department. Ability to operate automatic and manual shift vehicles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic. Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean driver’s abstract. Be able to work shifts, which may include weekends.
