Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create Revit drawings from mark-ups or based on instructions from team members.
  • Working as part of a collaborative team developing three dimensional BIM (Building Information Modeling) MEP models.
  • Assisting in creating new Revit families and content where required as well as modifying existing content.
  • Coordinate drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines.
  • Prepare Reference Models.
  • Organize and print drawing sets as requested in a timely manner.
  • Review drawings for quality control.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Diploma or Technical Training in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Building design.
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Working knowledge of Navisworks and BIM360 is a strong asset.
  • Experience with reading and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Architectural drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
  • Ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented.

Position Details:
  • Type: Full-time, On Site
  • Location: Scarborough, Ontario
  • Purpose: Existing Vacancy
  • Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000 /per annum
This compensation represents INVIRO’s current anticipated range for this position. Actual compensation offered may vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills.
