President - Consumer Food Manufacturer

Our client is a long-standing food manufacturer serving major retailers across Canada. The company is positioned for meaningful growth and is preparing for its first senior leadership transition within their new ownership environment. As part of this evolution, we are partnering with them to identify their next President.

Some of what you will do in this role includes :

• Lead the organization through a period of thoughtful change, bringing a clear vision and a strategic plan that positions the company for long-term success.
• Build and strengthen a people-first culture as you join a family-oriented business that values relationships, communication, and respect.
• Assess the current operational footprint and guide the business toward modern systems, scalable processes, and best practices that enable efficiency and growth.
• Oversee multi-facility operations or a large, complex manufacturing network, ensuring strong performance, food safety, and continuous improvement across all sites.
• Partner closely with retail customers across key product categories to ensure quality, consistency, innovation, and reliable production outcomes.
• Develop and empower a strong senior leadership team, fostering alignment, accountability, and a shared vision for the future.
